Usage:
1. Insert the sampler into the dedicated measuring gun.
2. When measuring, tilt the molten iron sampler at 60-65 degrees and insert it into the molten iron at a depth of 350mm or more. The sampling time is 4-6 seconds
3. After the sampler is taken out of the metal furnace and iron ladle, gently tapping it on the ground will cause the iron sample to fall to the ground.
Notes:
1. The sampler must be protected from moisture during storage.
2. The temperature of the molten iron must be above 1500 degrees for sampling.
3. Avoid strong vibrations to prevent the quartz tube from breaking.
4. When using, the sampler must be baked in a 60 degree oven for 10 hours.
5. The depth and residence time of the molten iron sampler inserted into the molten iron must be strictly executed according to regulations.
