TSO Sublance Probe

The TSO sublance probe is a probe with composite functions, which is used for temperature measurement, oxygen determination, sampling, and measuring the height of molten steel liquid in large-scale converter smelting processes. It has the advantages of speed, accuracy, stability, and self-control. By using this probe, static and dynamic control of large-scale converter smelting can be achieved, which plays an important role in improving the quality of molten steel, shortening smelting time, and reducing steelmaking costs.

TSC Sublance Probe

The TSC sublance probe is suitable for converters with sublance probe systems, used for online measurement of the temperature, carbon content, and oxygen content of molten steel, and for collecting steel samples during the smelting process. This TSC sublance probe can accurately control the smelting process and endpoint, achieve automatic steelmaking, shorten steel production time, and improve the dual hit rate of carbon temperature endpoint.

Oxygen probe
